Tools I Actually Use
This isn’t a list of trendy tiktok bs or things I was paid to promote. These are the tools, apps, and small wins I actually use — to function like a halfway-responsible human.

I’ve broken them down into four categories to keep things simple (and because chaos isn’t cute):
-
Mental Health & Clarity
-
Fitness & Energy
-
Focus & Productivity
-
Sanity Boosters

Each section will link out to its own page soon, with more detail, sarcasm, and maybe some affiliate links (guys gotta eat). For now, this is the hub. Bookmark it. Ignore it. Rage-scroll it. Whatever works.

Let’s be clear — none of these will fix you. But they might help you feel 10% more capable of trying.
And sometimes, that’s enough.
Mental Health & Clarity
For when your brain feels like a browser with 48 tabs open — and one of them is definitely playing music. These tools help clear the mental fog, slow the spiral, and give you just enough clarity to keep going.

Fitness & Energy
Exercise isn’t therapy, but it’s cheaper and doesn’t ghost you. Whether it’s lifting, walking, or just not rotting in bed, these are the things that help me move and (sometimes) feel like a functional adult.
Focus & Productivity
Motivation is unreliable. Systems aren’t. These are the tools I use when I want to get things done — or at least look like I’m trying. For routines, reminders, and blocking out digital noise.

Sanity Boosters
Sometimes it’s not about fixing your life — it’s about laughing at it. These are the random bits that lift the mood, ease the pressure, or just remind me that not everything has to be serious to be helpful.
