You’ve probably read a hundred blogs that say “just think happy thoughts” and expect you to solve your existential dread with a gratitude journal and a banana smoothie.

Yeah. No.

Happiness Hacks Hub isn’t here to sell you positivity. It’s here to show you how to survive life without turning into a bitter, broken husk — or worse, an overly enthusiastic motivational speaker.
​
I’m not a guru. I’m just a guy. Someone who’s dealt with depression, burnout, and that annoying sense that everyone else has it more figured out.
Spoiler: they don’t.​

Why I Started HHH
​
I was hoping one day I’d win the lottery and magically become the version of me I wanted to be.
You know, motivated, rich, emotionally stable.
​
Turns out, waiting for a miracle isn’t a growth strategy.
​
So I made this instead — a place to collect what actually helps: routines, tools, brutally honest truths, a bit of stoic philosophy, and content that reminds you you’re not totally alone (even if the world feels like it's on fire).
​
HHH is my way of saying: “Yeah, life’s rough — but maybe we can laugh about it while we figure our shit out.”
