Mental Health Blogging When You Have No Clue What You’re Doing (Yet)

Let’s call it what it is - I’m not crushing it. Not yet.

The site is up. The Instagram is live — @happinesshackshub if you want to witness the chaos for yourself.

But let’s not pretend I’ve built some cult following or that the traffic is crashing servers.

It’s more like… a whisper in the void.

And that’s on me.

I haven't put in the time.

I haven't learned what I don't know.

And yeah, sometimes I just stare at my screen like it's going to sort itself out.

But here’s the thing:

I’m not here to bullshit you.

And I’m not here to quit either.

Brutal Honesty: Mental Health Blogging Isn’t Easy (Especially at First)

Anyone can set up a blog.

Anyone can post a motivational quote with a moody background and call it content.

But actually building something that connects with people?

That takes consistency, clarity, and the patience to suck at it before you get better.

So yeah — I’m owning that I’m not there yet.

But that doesn't mean I’m not going to get there.

Why I'm Still Showing Up

Because this isn’t about quick wins.

It’s about doing the work, even when it feels pointless.

Even when your posts get 2 likes — one of which was probably your mate checking in to see if you’ve completely lost it.

I started Happiness Hacks Hub because I know what it’s like to feel flat.

To not feel motivated. To think that everyone else is winning some game you didn’t even sign up for.

So if you’ve ever felt like that too — good.Because this space is for people like us.

Learning Mental Health Blogging in Real-Time

This mental health blog is about transparency — not perfection.

You’re going to get real-time growth, failed attempts, and small wins.

I’ll share what’s working (eventually), what flopped, and how to keep moving forward without turning into another preachy online “mindset” account.

If You're Still Reading...

Thanks.

You're already part of the 0.000001% of people who stuck around when there was no shiny hook or free download.

I don’t have a master plan. But I’ve got honesty, a bit of sarcasm, and the will to keep going even when I’m clearly fumbling through it.

This is HHH —Real thoughts. Real effort. Real growth.

If you’re building something from nothing too — stick around.Let’s be shit at it together, until we’re not.

And if you want to follow the mess in real time, here’s the link again:

Crumbled paper scattered beside a notebook and pen on a desk, symbolising frustration and the messy process of writing.
