Welcome to Happiness Hacks Hub: A Brutally Honest Search for Something Better

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a guru. I’m not going to pretend I’ve got life figured out. What I am is a guy who’s struggled—with depression, direction, motivation, and the overwhelming feeling that happiness is some vague thing always just out of reach.

So I started Happiness Hacks Hub.

Not because I’m enlightened, but because I’m still looking, and I figured others might be too. I wanted to create something real, something that speaks to people who are tired of being told to “just think positive” while quietly falling apart inside. The ones who can’t stomach another pastel-coloured Instagram quote telling them to “choose joy.”

This isn’t that kind of place.


Why I Made This Blog

I’m someone who deals with depression. Most days are manageable. Some aren’t. But I’ve found that what helps—at least for me—is a mix of truth, structure, discipline, and a healthy dose of dark humour.


Not blind optimism. Not empty mantras.


That’s what Happiness Hacks Hub is about. It’s for people who want better mental health, more clarity, and maybe a little peace—but who don’t want to be sold fairy dust along the way. It’s about finding ways to function (and even thrive) in a world that often feels like it’s burning to the ground.
